No-Bake Protein Balls
Soft, chewy no-bake protein balls made with peanut butter, oats and whey. A grab-and-go morning snack that keeps you full and hits your protein target without the mid-morning sugar crash.
AIMethod
In a large bowl, stir together the rolled oats, whey protein, chia seeds, ground flaxseed and salt.
Add the peanut butter and honey, then mix until the dry ingredients are fully coated.
Pour in the milk a little at a time, stirring until the mixture forms a soft, sticky dough that holds together when pressed.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
Cover the bowl and chill for 15 minutes so the oats and chia absorb the moisture.
Scoop out roughly 2 tablespoons of dough and roll between your palms into a ball; repeat to make about 16.
Arrange the balls on a tray or in a container and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
Keep chilled in an airtight container for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
